Yarrow Family YMCA and Westlake Village Community Park are honestly one of the most beautiful recreational spaces I have ever visited. Sitting high up overlooking gorgeous Westlake Village, the views alone are absolutely stunning and make this place feel peaceful, scenic, and incredibly well designed for the community. This place has just about everything you could possibly want in a public recreation center and park. There’s an indoor pool, t-ball field, huge baseball fields, tennis courts, a skatepark, soccer fields, volleyball courts, pickleball courts, walking areas, and so much more. The entire property is massive, beautifully maintained, and perfect for families, athletes, or anyone who simply wants to enjoy being outdoors. What really stands out is how much this place brings the community together. Whether you want to work out, play sports, take your kids somewhere active, or simply enjoy the incredible mountain and valley views, this place delivers. It genuinely feels like a hidden gem tucked into the hills above Westlake Village.

Few years ago there was an older blond hair lady working at front desk there that seemed to have lots of health issues used to shake a lot and that contributed to her bad behavior towards certain students and parents. She made our visits so unpleastant. My daughter was taking both swimming and dance at the time and she would always come by and make negative remarks, and would harass us. She seemed so miserable. One day our class was canceled and she had failed to notify us and when I asked her why? She got extremely confrontational and so nasty with me. So discriminative. This made my daughter to feel bad. So unacceptable and so wrong!! Hope she is not working there anymore and has found her own way toward life and has stopped spreading toxicity. Very unprofessional, ignorant, mean & sad individual with lots of deep psychological issues towards little kids. This made us and couple of people to NOT return there ever again and look for other location.

Incredible facility! The pool is really one of the best in the Y system. Except for the deck which is really rough and will absolutely hurt you and scrape you. I wish I lived closer to this YMCA.

I've been a member for over 5 years! I love it! Kind and friendly staff, clean, & beautiful views. It's high end without it feeling pretentious. I also love the 2 pools. They also organize a ton of charitable events. They're a great part of Conejo Valley community.

This facility has been mine and my kids’ gym from 2019 since it’s opening. When two of my kids were under 10, they used to enjoy hanging out in the kid zone while I worked out. The workers/volunteers took good care of them. There are also many kids program to choose from, like hip-hop, basket ball drills, entry gymnastics, drawing and so on and so forth. My youngest still enjoys going to the pool with her friends. My teen son hangs out in the basketball court and food court with his friends occasionally. Me personally, enjoy their group classes. My favorites are: spyn, Zumba, high fitness, and yoga. I do not swim so I can’t comment on the big pool. For the smaller/warm pool, there are life guards all the time so I feel safe to have my kids swim in it. The place is constantly being cleaned so I feel very comfortable using their public areas like the restroom and bathrooms, never felt I contacted anything from this y location. I have not personally had any negative experience but I am glad to see replies from management to other members who had difficulty with them. Proper communication is needed everywhere to keep a place safe, inclusive and effective.
