No one ever answers the phone… the is the second year I’ve tried to sign my child up for aftercare and I can never get in contact with anyone running the program… tried to contact someone regarding daycare for my other child and got the same road block… extremely annoying and inconvenient

Awesome facility state of the art! Fitness room layout and spacing is perfect, really great Precor equipment pieces with amazing movement patterns! Super clean as well. I am a massive fan and will be back anytime I am visiting CT. Thank you !!

There was a time when the YMCA was organized, and conducted their services in orderly fashion. The only thing that has stayed the same is the rude lady that continues to sit at the front desk, whos behavior continues to be excused because of who she's friends with( ED)!!! Many people have complained yet she sits their with her tight face and disrespectful comments still holding a job that requires her to be welcoming and kind to the community. There's no real organization or order to any thing that they are doing . When coach Glenn was there it was never ran like this they have went downhill big time and need rescueing 🛟. The building seems empty all the time and know one ever has clear info on anything. they say we will get back to you and never do. We need brother Carl and coach Glenn back they reached the community and we reached back . I don't know what y'all doing now but it's time for change. We need people who want to reach the community and not look down on them . "When the head is messed up the body is no good "

Only signed up for a membership to send my kids to Camp. Camp has not even started yet and I’ve already paid $1,300 for my kids to attend when I was approved for 50% off. No where did they state these payments would be weekly and starting 1 month prior to Camp. Called and told them this is crazy because I just made a payment last Tuesday as a single parent with 1 income weekly payment out of my account does not work. The person on the phone telling me to calm down but don’t realize it’s no calming down when you are told you won’t be refunded the $900 I paid to even register my kids. This place is a fraud and take your money when services wasn’t even provided. I was told I can get all the money paid except my $900 if I unenroll my kids and that they can’t attend the paid for weeks. Someone has to give me answers or I will be contacting a lawyer for my refund in full.
