My child has some emotional regulation issues and focusing issues. One time, during bars, she accedently did the wrong thing. The coach (Coach scott) yelled at her and got extremly mad at this small matter. She started crying and he told her to "Knock it off" and just ignore her the rest of the class. This is extreamly disrespectful and bad to do especially since she is neurodivergent. I am hoping that people like this don't get hired here again. i am giving this three stars because everything else is good

Classes are sub-par teaching and highly competitive. Such rude office staff I never got to set up classes this time around. I called a month ago and talked to someone about a homeschooling class. Sounded great, she said call back 1 week prior to the class's start to enroll. So I did today and was told "you have to be chosen to be in the homeschooling class". I explained to her what I had discussed with someone else. She asked "which class?" I was in the middle of simply saying the word "Tuesday" and she says "mam, calm down". I say "I'm not upset at all, I'm just answering your question". She says "no, you're talking over me" how an i supposed to answer your question without saying anything? If they are this ride to parents who want to spend $190/ month, how are they going to treat my kids? Not enrolling. Years ago my kids took preschool level classes. They were just ok teachers, and pushy with me about getting the kids into competitive levels I'm assuming just for more money.

We have been going here for almost a year now and my 4 year old daughter looks forward to her class with mr tom every week!!! He is very energetic and truly loves what he’s doing and it shows week after week. His patience and commitment to teaching these kids is out of this world!!! While the waiting area and viewing area for parents could be better, we keep coming solely for how much our daughter loves her teacher, and that to us is always a win!!!

We went for a trial class here. I am sorry, but this is not suitable for children or any human beings. No air whatsoever, nasty smell, like someones old socks. Overcrowded!! we were at 4.30 pm class. Additionally, there was a very small area for parents to observe. It seems there should be limits on the number of children allowed at once for health and safety reasons. Overall, it was not a positive experience.

World class facility with professional and caring coaches! I called for a free trial class which was a great way to make sure my daughter would enjoy gymnastics class. She loves it. The team members are extremely talented and are always at the gym perfecting their craft. The coaches keep the classes new and exciting for their students each time. I highly recommend this gym.
