Powered by GoogleBoth of my daughters participate in gymnastics at Synergy. The coaches are really wonderful and have helped them become more confident. They really look forward to practice. The coaches always communicate well with us, and we all love the environment at the gym. The facility is top notch, and we highly recommend Synergy.
My daughter has been with Synergy for a little over two years (1 year in classes and 1 year on team). We really appreciate the Synergy community of dedicated coaches, athletes, parents and families. The gym is modern, spacious, clean and provides tv screens to watch your gymnast from the lobby. My daughter has fallen deeper in love with the sport thanks to her experience at Synergy (coaches and teammates).
My girls started as a beginner in Fall of 2025, and they're now in the 3rd session with Spring and they still haven't advanced to the next level. While my kids do enjoy the classes, as a parent it's very frustrating to keep enrolling in the same level class without much feedback from any coach other than a basic star rating report. There is no interaction with any coaches, or any staff. It's difficult to see their skillset as the parent waiting room has limited camera view of the gym floor during class time. Not to mention administration lacks in professionalism when responding to emails. There wasn't any notice of pre-enrollment and when I expressed concern in signing up, not much guidance or professional courtesy is offered. You'd think since they have such high ratings on google for their gym, their customer service would mirror that.
My daughter started coaching here about 2 years ago and it has been such a positive experience for her! After spending over a decade in competitive gymnastics at multiple gyms, Synergy stands out from the others! The overall environment is one of positivity and fun, while perfecting gymnastics skills. Her students consistently score in the top 3, and recently, 2 of her students made the top 100 scores nationally. Too many gyms forget that these are children learning and not robots. The gym is newly renovated with all top of the line, safe equipment!! It’s bright and roomy and so clean as well!! Synergy makes sure to incorporate fun into their classes. The girls cheer on their teammates and the coaches give a lot of positive feedback along with corrections. My daughter looks forward to her shifts and sharing her passion for the sport with the next generation of gymnasts. Whether you’re looking for a recreational class to learn the basics, or are looking for an amazing team environment, look no further than Synergy!!
I had a VERY negative experience at this gym. One of the coaches was EXTREMELY dismissive and unkind, and the way she spoke to kids was uncomfortable to watch. If you have ever had your child come home complaining that the coach was rude and mistreated them take them out immediately. These are not people that should be handling kids. If being a calm and understanding coach is hard for you. Don't be one then!!! There's no need to take your own personal struggles out on children. The lack of organization and care for the athletes was obvious. A little kindness and professionalism would go a long way here. I would not recommend this gym unless major changes are made. If I could give a zero I WOULD...
