We participate in their tots and super tots program. My 2.5 son has been struggling to go in and they have been so warm and welcoming to him. On a personal note, I am a small business owner and was at a local event where Showtime also had a table. George on their team saw I was struggling with my pop up tent and helped me break it down. He didn’t realize I was a customer but there is something to say about people who just ask someone if they need help. It shows the type of staff they have in their facility.

This place definitely has no ability to handle changes/pressure .It is unfortunate, because I heard this place had once a great leader , but now 🤔 Parents are upset not because the program ended, but because of the way it was handled with no respect, no professionalism no empathy. I have observed camaraderie throughout the team, and members share healthy bonds both inside and outside the gym, showing some compassion could have probably helped with the transition., well I guess , compassion is the least of the gym owners concerns.
