Rock Gymnastics is an 8,000 sq ft gymnastics school at 200 Corporate Circle in Toms River, founded in 2013. It runs Pebbles classes for under-2s with a parent through age 6 and Rock Solid recreational classes for girls and boys 6 and up, plus tumbling, Kidz Fitness, open gym, workshops and private lessons. Classes run 45 minutes to two hours depending on age and ability, so this is class programming rather than a summer camp.

Powered by GoogleI can’t say enough great things about this establishment. The coaches, staff, and owners are all very friendly and knowledgeable and the facility itself is very well put together. There are a few other gyms in the area, but if you want the best for your child and for them to be part of a group who strive for excellence, you’re at the right place.
Ownership does not have much integrity in my opinion. Regret sending my daughter there.
In 2017 I went there. It was the best! I learned a lot. I learn how to do a cart wheel.
Both my 3 year old son and 7 year old daughter excel here and look forward to going. My son will often ACT HIS AGE and ROCK is keen to keep my/your child accountable and engaged. My daughter and her classmates are being held to a high standard when it comes to accomplishing new skills, and we like that.
I would give them zero if I could. Don't take your child here , specifically if it's their first time trying ! I took my toddler to the Gymnastic class for the 1st time and I feel she did very well. Just as well as other kids in the class. She was trying to follow the coach's instructions but since it was her first time maybe not very well. Even other parents told me during the class after couple weeks she will be fine. Anyway the whole time I felt the coach was tough on the kids but I understand she was trying to discipline them . Almost at the end when my child sitting so patiently for her turn she let Everyone go and not my child ,and then announced class is over. Then she turned around and said no stamp for you, she took the stamp for other kid. Then my child run to the other side since she was told no stamp she went and grabbed her and made her cry . And told me do Mommy and Me classes or wait. Ok here what I think Kids all learn differently and I get it, not everyone needs an award, but, it was her first day. They are little! Isn't the point to keep them interested, or excited about learning! Not making them fell left out or make them cry! when I called and spoke with the manager she said you would have been better off with another teach but that's not the point !
