Wedgwood Swim Pool is a private community swimming pool in northeast Seattle, founded in 1964 and open seasonally from late June through mid-August. Group swim lessons for ages 3 and up run weekday mornings in five two-week sessions across the summer and are open to both members and non-members, as are the community swim team and the youth water polo team. Full pool membership requires joining a long waitlist - in 2024 families waited about 15 years for an offer. The club's programs are lessons and seasonal teams rather than a summer camp.
The practical details
We list only what the camp itself publishes, and programs change — dates, prices, ages and availability can all move after we check. Confirm the details on the camp’s own website and contact Wedgwood Swim Club directly before you register or pay. Last checked August 2026.

Powered by GoogleI and my friend were finding a place to go swim and looked one that was near to where i live and came across this one not knowing we need a membership to go in.So when we reached at the reception these 3 young girls who were working there stared at as and didn't say anything and they started laughing while talking to each other, clearly they were racist and unprofessional at there job. This happened on july 30th 2025 around 5pm
Many families find the daily lesson format moves their child more quickly toward independence in the water.
Great for swimming lessons. Wish I could get a membership, but the wait list is years long. Could there be a grandparent membership for households that have no children living in them but who don't want to give up their spot? Thus opening up a few more for others?
Horrible experience ever in my life. My 3 years old little girl had her first swimming classes today and she was with a teacher Bayley and I been looking her the whole time while my kid was in the water when my phone ring I missed looking at my daughter for 10 seconds when I went back to look for her she was gone under the the water drowning kicking so hard. I run over and told one teacher to get her my kid was red and so afraid of water now. I did a incident report and the lady in charged apologized about it and I asked for refunds back. Very irresponsible team right there. Please BE CAREFUL with this place in the same of your kiddos. NEVER TRUST IT.never come COME BACK THERE.
Really nice private pool. Wait list to join is long so sign up early if you think you might be interested in joining.
