I can’t tell you how impressed I am with the instructors!! As a retired Instructor and grandma of two boys, age 7 and 3, I can tell you they are doing so well!! The classes are small, they get great instruction and the kids love them! It’s like having private swim lessons. This is not a facility where they just play with the kids and let them just have fun, they are learning to swim, while the teacher makes it fun! If you want your child to learn how to swim, this is definitely the place to bring them. I would drive an hour each way, if I had to, to bring them here. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this place and the instructors, thank you for teaching my grandsons to swim and be safe around water, you really are very special!

Unprofessional. Not worth the drive hours. No shower or outlet for dry their hair etc. And most importantly swimming instructors are keep changing. 3 different instructor in 4 class. Doesn't seem they care. Definitely don't recommend. Waste of time and money.

As a mom with a special needs child I am so impressed with this team! They are all so sweet and go above and beyond to make sure my daughter is well taken care of. My daughter can have problem behaviors and I called them up to let them know about an issue that i thought maybe a problem. They brought their whole team in to find a solution and make sure everyone was comfortable. I am also really impressed with the owner. What an amazing person! We drive all the way from Bonney Lake to be here and we couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I promise you wont be disappointed! I have never felt so much compassion from so many people in one setting. Thank you all so much for everything you all have done for us. We appreciate you all so much!

Our family had a terrible experience at SSSS, where staff negligence reached a critical point. During a session, my 4-year-old was left unattended, almost drowning, unnoticed by the staff. I had to intervene to prevent a potential drowning incident. Shockingly, the staff failed to follow their own safety protocols, putting my child and others at risk. It's crucial for parents to be aware of the lack of supervision and adherence to safety measures at this facility. I strongly urge the management to prioritize the well-being of the children entrusted to their care.

Attended a parent tot class and it was lacking severely. There was no instruction and no exercises for the kids. All we were told is to move them about the water for the entirety of the class to get them “acclimated”. The water was so cold I had to take my child out early because she was shivering for dear life. The bathrooms also need to be cleaned and updated. Not a nice facility for babies.
