★Alana Graddick-McMillanThis place was a waste of time and money for us. My daughter was in their starfish class for probably close to a year and they never moved her up to the next level. She was still in the class with 4 year olds and is almost 6. Multiple kids she started with were moved up in an appropriate timeline but not her. Every time we spoke to them about it they said she was almost ready but never took any action. As someone else with a similar review mentioned, the beginners groups class teachers are useless and treat it as playtime instead of actually teaching my child how to properly swim. Or care enough to make sure she's moving up to a level where she can actually be challenged to grow instead of splash around with toddlers. We will never attend classes here again. We removed her and are going elsewhere.

My only suggestion is to have the rubber floors installed from the showers to the changing room, like at the Northridge location. The floors get pretty slippery and wet in those areas.

We used to take our son to water wings of Reseda, a much smaller location, so this is a nice upgrade and much closer to our house. The staff is friendly, from the front desk to the swimming instructors.
