I played at WAS on Jan 19 for 1.5 hours. At the counter, the lady asked me to put my credit card on file. And she charged me for $30 for that play. Later I found in my credit card website that they charged me twice, for $30 and $43. I called in 3 times, very difficult to explain them because they always say the person who can reverse the 2nd charge is not in office and i asked to leave a message but they never give me my money back. Very disappointed experience. I played 1.5 hour and spent more time to troubleshoot their mistake.

Double Charged us for a court we did not book and tennis coordinator one of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever seen. Started walking away and taunting us as customers. Half of the courts are slanted, you can find better courts at any park. Don’t waste your money.

Terrible club do not give this place business. They just try take your money and is overpriced. Hands down worst tennis club I’ve ever played at in my life.

Amazing place with affordable pricing! I signed up for membership for tennis lessons but ended up enjoying swimming in their pool as well. Locker room and shower are clean and spacious. You can use the ball machine for free when reserving court time, which is awesome. Heard the court gets hot during summer 🤔 but overall this place has been perfect for my wintertime workout routine.

Update: today was 89F. Literally almost fainted (which looks really bad considering you're working on weight lifting, righ?) The rest of the facility is just cool enough. Everything's working fine. It's only the weight area that is off. Maybe they can save some money, right? As it's being like this for at least 3 years now. I talked to the owner and he said they'll fix it. Let's see how long it'll take. ..... 85 degrees inside due to a malfunction in the air conditioner SINCE C0VID (or they don't want to turn on $). Believe it or not. Maybe you spend more calories during the workout only by trying not to faint. Are they trying to cook us? Do I pay 40$mo to be baked? Besides: are your tetanus vaccines overdue? This is totally insalubrious.
