The court is fantastic; I've been going there frequently; but, the new front desk clerk, Linda, is awful; members have had nothing but problems making court reservations. She finds the system to be extremely disorganized and difficult to understand. Hoping upper management would implement some much-needed improvements.

Stumbled upon this lovely club while staying in Burlington. Attended some classes as a guest and was impressed with the accessibility and ease of use. Heather and Joe on the front desk were delightful and helpful. The coaches/pros were all cool and the quality of the classes was great - high energy, technically solid and well run. Really enjoyed meeting some of the members as well.

Great club for both tennis and pickleball. Reasonable rates, clean facilities and well maintained courts. The membership is very diverse and all are made to feel welcome. The staff is very friendly and helpful whenever needed. I have been a member for five years after leaving another club that was not well managed, so I really appreciate the staff at Woburn Racquet Club, especially the front desk crew.

Extremely disappointing experience at Woburn Tennis Club. My friend and I were treated unfairly and targeted by a staff member who aggressively told us to leave the court twice — even though we had finished our reserved hour, were just picking up balls, and briefly sitting at the side to put on coats and drink water. No one else was scheduled to use the court, and other white players doing the same thing were left alone. What shocked us most was when the staff said to us: “I can’t tell who is who.” This was offensive, dismissive, and felt blatantly racist. We felt completely singled out because of our race. I submitted a detailed complaint to the manager. His reply ignored the discriminatory nature of the incident. Instead, he simply said: “Changing on the court is not a rule but does fall under tennis etiquette,” and offered some free court time. That response completely sidestepped the real issue — the unequal treatment and racial insensitivity we experienced. It’s now been over 3 months, and there’s been no follow-up or effort to acknowledge or address the core problem. This is not about court etiquette — it’s about how people are treated based on who they are. I no longer feel welcome or safe playing here, and I urge others — especially players of color — to be aware of how this club handles serious concerns.
