Powered by GoogleMy friends and I have been wanting to find somewhere local to experience first hand how to make pottery, and Wagman Studio did not disappoint. Evan made all of us feel very comfortable, was an awesome teacher, and made the experience very enjoyable. We will 100% be back for another round.
I purchased a gift card for this studio around Christmas, and unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing. My friend was never able to use the gift card because we were unable to schedule an appointment despite trying for nearly two months. I reached out multiple times via email, text, and phone with little to no response. I had to file a claim through my credit card company since no service was ever provided. It’s really frustrating because we were genuinely excited, but the lack of communication and follow-through made it impossible.
We did private first time ceramics class with Evan. Evan is a wonderful teacher and was able to give 1:1 guidance to each of the four of us. His studio is small, charming and a great place to get messy.
My daughter had the best experience during the pottery summer camp. We definitely will be coming back for more!
I have never been interested much in pottery until we signed our son up for pottery making lessons and he absolutely loved it. He's had at least 2 or 3, 5 day sessions and he wants to keep coming. We also set up an adult pottery session making shot glasses and flasks. It was super fun. You can have pottery making parties for adults or/and kids. I cannot say enough about Evan, the owner who is extremely good with the kids and how much fun he makes each appointment I've been to. Evan also sells some amazing pieces that he has made for a fair price! Good fun & Good people. Below are some picks taken from outside of his shop, Wagman Studio.. Right here in Edwardsville. It's a must visit shop!
