Enrolled my 3-year-old twins in spring soccer. The coach didn’t show up to any of the practices and they had no backup for the coach. Parents on our team all just stood around waiting for someone to come help us. We had to approach an organizer after a few weeks and he basically shrugged and said when coaches don’t show, there’s no backup plan.

Disorganized. No communication. No leadership. Much like the previous review… Signed up, was assigned to a team and then for nearly 2 weeks there was radio silence. Coach was “supposed” to call parents, but neither of us received a call. Used the messaging system on the website because there was no contact info for the coach aside from the name Walter - no response. Finally 24 hours before the first practice a team manager messaged all parents and said practice was the next day at 6pm. Thanks for the short notice. Coach and team manager didn’t show up to practice and didn’t communicate they wouldn’t be there. Thankfully one of the assistant coaches was there and ran what looked like a decent practice session. Though I’d hardly say a 1 hour practice was sufficient to teach a group of 8 year olds to play soccer, and the game was scheduled 2 days later. No communication until Friday before the game and it was mostly a reminder of the game and a notice to wear blue jerseys. Inquired about getting a jersey only to be told they were handed out at a mythological meet the coach day sometime before we signed up. AWESOME. No direction was given for game day aside from the field and complex. Show up and it is chaos. No one is actually in charge of anything, and there is no clear sense of what to do. Turns out we didn’t have the right gear to play so our son couldn’t participate. Long way to say “the league is disorganized and a complete waste of money and time”. Sign up for a different league if you value your sanity.

This place has handled me and my child in a not very professional manner. I registered my child and she wasn't actually in the date base so I reached out and asked for a reason the fixed that problem. They indeed did but I reached out and asked for a refund consider my daughter missed the practices for soccer and that I didn't want to continue with the games consider she doesn't know howvto play soccer and it would be very intimidating almost setting my child up to fail if I just threw her out to play not knowing what's going on in the game at all. This lady responded back witha. Phine call amd ended up guiding me about my choice and said good luck withva refund and hung up she later called back amd said she is s Ingle mom of 2 kids and she isn't deserve the way I treated her
