The staff members are super supportive and the outstanding coaches have a deep knowledge of the wonderful game of soccer, are genuinely passionate about developing young players and provide a positive environment for them. Their impact extends beyond the field with valuable team building skills that will serve my kids well in the future. I am super grateful for the dedication of all the hard working individuals at UFA Lawrenceville and I wholeheartedly recommend them to any family seeking a rewarding experience for their children.

Pancho is the best coach because here at ufa we teach discipline and if you child wants to win he is at the wrong place because at ufa it’s about player development and discipline.

If you really want your son still loving soccer don't bring him here, they clearly make your childs hate it, Pancho is the worse coach ever

Ufa (due to their local leader) is very disorganized and does not communicate well. We had a coach step down before practice started and we were never given another and told to “parent-coach” the whole season. One other coach in our age group encouraged foul aggressive and unacceptable behavior in his team and verbally abused another coach for all to hear. One referee was obviously and completely biased in favor of this coach and against a younger less experienced team and coach. This broke our kids spirit and will to play for the remainder of their games. Field lights turned off on us during practice and were not on during meetings at night. Our schedules were not provided until we begged and were changed at our expense and to the benefit of others mid season. When contacting UFA we received a cold corporate email essentially denying what an entire team of parents experienced. Only when in person did they start to make changes ¾ into the season. The only thing that tries to carry UFA is a few good volunteers, coaches, parents and players. I personally hope the leadership improves because there are a lot of good people who have basic expectations, that are not being met.

I am beyond disappointed with this academy! I am giving one star because it is the lowest rank you can ever give here. I highly recommend that if you want to your child have an amazing experience with soccer, DO NOT take him or her to this academy. Both Sonia and Pancho are the rudest, unprofessional and unkind people I ever met here so far. The referees (when there is one) rude to the kids, to the parents, and the academy won't defend you or the ones that are most important, the kids, they will scream at you and point their fingers at any kids face. They will take your money, never be present in the games to help with logistics, give you the uniform after the games started, not paying attention to anything but their academy team.
