My son has been attending their recreational hip hop class for about a year now, and the experience has been consistently great. Recently, my son performed in their show, and Ms. Shanna and the entire TTPA staff demonstrated unparalleled understanding and flexibility when a scheduling mix-up on my end almost caused us to miss his performance. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing my son to perform in the very last show of the day. This performance meant the world to him, and their willingness to help truly saved the day and made a profound difference for both of us. Beyond their outstanding customer service and flexibility, the show was absolutely amazing! The production was fantastic and even the dress rehearsal was well ran.
