‼️‼️‼️Dear TOCA Soccer Center Management, We have been playing here every Tuesday from 9–10 PM for the past couple of years, booking our games monthly in advance, and until recently we had no issues at all. However, over the last few weeks, we have experienced problems for the second time—and this time it was completely unacceptable. Despite having our field reserved, they gave our booked time slot to someone else. Without informing us, they moved our game from 9–10 PM to 8–9 PM. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. What makes it even worse is that they still charged us for the original time slot—even though we did not play. On top of that, they do not provide any booking confirmation after reservations are made, yet they still ask us to provide proof for their own mistakes. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a fraudulent system. This shows a serious lack of organization and professionalism in management. Selling a confirmed reservation to someone else and failing to notify customers is simply unacceptable. We will be pursuing all of our legal rights regarding this matter and will escalate the complaint as far as necessary, including to corporate management. We absolutely do NOT recommend this place. They need to refund our money immediately and seriously improve both their staff training and booking system.👎👎👎

We have been playing at the same time slot for the past two years, yet the staff at the desk arbitrarily moved our game one hour earlier without informing us. They then sold our original time slot to someone else. On top of that, they are trying to charge us as if we had played at our usual time. Unfortunately, this is not the first time something like this has happened. Some of the staff behave in a very unprofessional and rude manner, and the booking system they use is just as poorly managed. There is no need to even mention the poor condition of the field. We used to choose this place simply because it is the closest option to our town, but their recent behavior has been extremely disappointing. They seriously need to train their staff better and improve the overall condition of their facilities.

I had multiple interactions with TOCA Cleveland regarding training opportunities for youth players, and the experience was consistently disorganized and disappointing. Over several occasions, I met with TOCA staff about bringing kids to the facility for training. At every step, I encountered obstacles and unclear communication. I later received an email from TOCA leadership stating that the facility did not have the capacity to conduct team training this winter. Despite this, I continued to receive more than 20 marketing emails encouraging me to bring players to the facility. On Monday, January 11th, I called TOCA and spoke with an associate about scheduling a clinic for four kids. I was told to bring them at 6:00 PM on Friday, with beginners starting at 6:00 PM and intermediate players at 7:00 PM. When we arrived at the facility at the scheduled time, we were told that we were not in the system. This was particularly frustrating because the kids had already completed three baseline training sessions with TOCA, yet those sessions were never properly recorded, and our information was never maintained in their system. While standing at the front desk, I asked to reschedule the training in person to avoid further confusion. We were told to call again on Monday instead. Overall, the experience showed a lack of organization, accountability, and follow-through. Families invest time and trust when bringing kids to youth training programs, and TOCA Cleveland did not meet that standard. I hope the facility improves its communication and processes so other families do not go through the same experience.

This toca facility is gross. The field is lumpy and filthy. You end up looking like a chimney sweep after every game. I hope there is a plan to replace the turf and all the rub dust it creates. The other local toca facilities are much nicer. Try to play at Northfield if you can.
