During rec, one particular ref (Derik) would constantly help all the kids, giving them tips on how to play and improve. This is the way it should be at the younger levels! Our son would later try out and make the travel team. Since then, we have been very happy with the program on all levels. Derik, now his coach, truly enjoys being with the boys and his knowledge and passion shows. Jamel, the director, is always up at the fields, not only in director capacity, but also a coach, groundskeeper (side note: we have some of the best fields we’ve played on), and motivator to the players.
