The “turf” is basically green carpet. Got severe road rash during a game (my own fault), but there is not a single first aid kit within this building. Edit: their reply says first aid is available at the front desk, but when I went to the front desk and asked for a first aid kit, I was told verbatim “we don’t have one”

We've been frequent fliers at Sportsplex for years for club practice and we've held birthday parties for my oldest the last few years and will probably do the same thing again this year. My youngest is now doing Soccer Tots as well. Always clean, friendly service and well maintained fields.

Great facility! Kids love it for soccer and other sports. Extremely reasonable concession stand! Exceptionally clean bathroom.

If your team has Hispanics/Latinos, just know you’ll be on a disadvantage. Referees are extremely racist towards Hispanics/Latinos, we have had to walk away multiple times before the games ended, due to the ref not calling us getting hit and kicked. In a game the other team was literally punching us in the face and the ref never called anything. For how pricey they are, you’d at least think they would act like actual refs. Every time we had a issue with the refs we made it clear to the person in the front desk, however they never did anything they just said “sorry we’re not responsible for the refs” Not to mention how their fields have carpet that lifts up when you kick the ball. Regardless if you play for competition or for fun, you should find a better place, that’s what we did, found a better field! With better refs and better prices! They even laughed at how much Sportsplex charges. Oh and guess what!!! The refs actually call for both sides, you know like refs should do. EDIT: if you guys did care about discrimination in your facility you would have done something the many times we did report it. Funny how you’re telling us to notify the front desk manager yet every time we did notify you guys, we were always told “sorry there’s nothing we can do”. Two of our players even got injured during said games because the ref let the other teams kick us as they pleased. The only time we actually had fun is when both of out Hispanic teams played against each other. Both of which left for a better establishment. So don’t play the “you should have told us, we could have fixed it” BS because you guys were notified every single time and not once you guys did anything to change it. If you actually took your time to read the review. You’ll read that we did report it every single time, your staff just ignored us which is why it escalated to us walking out mid games.

Over sold for the Cleveland Crunch game. No seats left at 6:15, standing room in the walkways which I would assume is a fire hazard. This is my view for the match.
