I unfortunately had a very bad experience with an employee. I didn’t understand the check-in process because I hadn’t played here in a couple of years. I walked past the desk to go meet the team I was subbing for and the employee followed me, and was very rude and confrontational about me not checking in. He could have explained the process of checking in but went immediately to accusations and escalating something that did not need to be escalated. The second star is because the refs were fair and the employee who did check me in was very polite and helpful.

** Updating my review below - Jason (GM) resolved the issues and I am happy with the results. I really appreciate his help, willingness to listen, accountability, and solution. ** Initially, we were very impressed by the facility and offerings. While I am highly disappointed in our service at Toca, I added a star simply for the trainers my daughter practiced with. They were attentive, energetic, and friendly. Especially Hector. They also provided feedback which was really helpful. With that said, the management is clueless on how to run a business. On multiple occasions, we were told we were scheduled for the month of clinic sessions and we arrived on time and were told we were not on the schedule. Also, on multiple occasions the max limit for kids in a clinic was nearly double per coach. Clinic is not cheap so why are we paying for clinic when the student count is almost as much as the cheaper class sessions? Finally, without warning or email or any notification, our fees increased by $50 which is a 33% increase per month. When we asked the manager about it, he seemed clueless and pretended to look around as if he didn’t know the prices increased, which if that’s the case, this is even more concerning, but he grabbed the revised pricing sheet and said “oh wow yes they must have changed!” Overall great coaches. But their business practices and operations are well below standard for what they charge.

My son had a consultation with trainer Kevin. He thoroughly enjoyed the 1:2:1 attention and feedback. Kevin took the time to explain how TOCA can supplement a player’s goals and led us in the right direction. We will begin using 1:2:1 training as an incentive for our son. Ideal gift/reward for any soccer player!!! Incredible facility!

We are so lucky to find this place. Why? It is close to where we live and more so is the complexity that it eliminates with the way coaches conduct and more so how Jessica keeps it flexible, per kids schedule on a given day, which alleviates a huge burden as a parent. Outside of that, I referred this place to my friends and they joined the program, which they love to be part of. Prior to this my kid was at WAA, which was far but good, although was only on one day which made us to work around their schedule. Since, we found Striker programs at TOCA Naperville, my son loves the place so much that he wants to signup for Flag football and my daughter to their Youth soccer program. We love this place and highly highly recommend it. Talk to Coach Jess to enroll kids below 8yrs and you won’t go wrong. Also, added photos from my son clinic with Coach Jeremy. 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
