Powered by GoogleThe coaching here is strong, and from a player-development perspective, this facility has real upside. That said, the overall parent experience leaves room for improvement. First-time visits feel somewhat disorganized, and parents are not permitted in the training area. Viewing is limited to the lobby, where nets obstruct much of the practice. When asking about alternative viewing options, we were told the policy exists due to issues with parents in the past, and it now applies across the board. While the intent may be to maintain structure and safety, the result is a frustrating experience for families who are investing significant time and money. Improving organization and providing a clearer, more parent-friendly way to observe training would go a long way.
Customer service sucks here and they are unorganized with scheduling, Me and my buddies usually play pickup here and we always pay for 60 minutes of gameplay and somehow they cut us mid game and stopped us around 30 minutes in, this has happened couple times already
My 9 year old daughter has done this training for about 3 months so far and she loves it! It is such a fun gamified training program. She does the 1 on 1 sessions. Also Ezra is her new trainer and he is incredible! He is energetic and knows soccer. He gives great feedback and makes it fun. I would highly recommend doing Toca as supplemental training if your kid does club.
The refs and the location is great. The facility itself is disgusting. The walls are covered in dirt and grime. This bandaid has been on the women’s locker room floor for 2 weeks. To no surprise, the hand sanitizer dispenser has been empty for months. Gross!!
SuperKick is a first rate indoor sports practice and sports training facility! Their staff programs helps youth to grow in confidence, ability and maturity. Our first experience at this facility was fantastic. I look forward to other opportunities to play or practice here!
