It really takes consistency to see the results at any gym of fitness facility. The instructors are dedicated to making the Les Mills classes designed to work for any person of any age and size. This facility is very clean and well managed. The child care is wonderful with my child and she enjoys coming. My husband enjoys the pool mostly. He takes my daughter in the summer to the outdoor pool. Thanks YMCA for helping me reach my fitness goals to live healthy and happy!
