He has played AAU since then every summer and continues to train during throughout the year with them. I was impressed at both my son’s progress and the work he put in at the gym with these two. We have been to a few trainers and facilities, but this has been the one we stuck with. It is not simply a few drill and kids standing around. Your child will do both conditioning and skills, but they need to come in ready to work. I highly recommend this training facility.
