Powered by GoogleJust came back from Timber Bay with a group of men for a Friday night - Sunday retreat. The food was amazing, the main retreat facility is awesome to behold. And the sleeping facilities well thought out. Lakeside views were stunning. Staff was so friendlyl and accomodating.
I absolutely LOVE Timber Bay Camp! The grounds are well kept. There’s tons of activities: fishing, tubing, boating, fat tire biking, disc golf, snow tubing, table tennis, pool table, hiking, a garden and farm animals for petting, star gazing, and so much more. The staff are incredible. They’re kind and accommodating. They make incredible food.
My dad used to work with Timber Bay as the area director of the Spirit Lake/Okoboji area and I miss coming here so much. I would live here if I could. So many great great great memories here and I wouldn't trade them for the world. Thank God for Timber Bay.
I really enjoyed this camp. Our church went to it and has for many years. They have a fantastic waterfront with motorized boats kayaks, canoes, paddleboats and many other things. I also have diving platforms and lifeguards in a swimming area. The facilities are immaculate and very functional. They are comfortable and just rustic enough. The food is wonderful and very filling. The staff are extremely nice and do an excellent job with everyone. Five stars!
Went for summer retreat and work crews, was a blast meeting and hanging out with groups from all over MN and worshipping with them, best memory of my teen years for sure... Paul Johnson was our youth group leader!
