Thorne Nature Experience runs nature-based day camps in Longmont that meet at Roger's Grove Park and travel by bus and on foot to open space sites across Boulder County. Campers spend the day outdoors exploring local ecosystems, with programs organized by grade band including Mountain Connections and Wild Skills tracks. Camp runs Monday–Friday 9:00am–3:00pm from June 1 through August 7, with optional extended care until 5:30pm, and is open to ages 6–11.
