theCoderSchool is a coding school for kids founded in 2013, now a franchise of over 70 locations teaching more than 7,000 students a week; this is its Roslyn location. Its summer coding camps serve ages roughly 7-14 and run a full week each, covering video game development, robotics, Minecraft, Roblox, JavaScript with HTML/CSS and mobile game development. Each camp carries an age and skill-level recommendation, though the school says placement is open to discussion based on a child's coding experience. Camps typically start mid-morning and end early afternoon, and some are offered as half-days.

Powered by GoogleA great coding school for my teenage daughter. She enjoys it! Plus the owner Christan is so easy to work with and so nice.
Excellent coaches; Christian is amazing coordinating and accomodating ad hoc projects, different age groups and efficiency levels. I highly recommend the school!

My son has been coming here for the past 5 years and we recommend this place to all our friends and families. The coaches here are amazing, knowledgeable and kind. They have been instrumental in my son’s journey as a coder.
My son has been learning coding for several months here and loves it. He also took part in on of the coding/game development camps and had a great experience. The instructors and friendly and helpful and he seems to be learning a lot. Would def. recommend to kids interested in learning more about computers/technology.
