The coaches have all made my shy kid feel comfortable, the admin have been great at communication when we need to make a schedule change, and the flexibility to take make up classes (rather than just lose out on a session when traveling or ill) is so helpful. But best of all, my kid looks forward to this class so much each week. I also love the notes I get from the coaches after classes summarizing the skills they worked on. Recently, we tried a remote class (because my son didn’t want to miss his coding classes while on vacation!) and I was in awe listening to how he and the coach discussed and analyzed the game he was building. Whether or not he pursues coding later in life, I believe that the critical thinking being practiced at the coder school will benefit my son greatly.
