The STEAM Collective is a Larchmont learning center offering interdisciplinary classes and camps for Pre-K through 5th graders in robotics, sensory science, engineering, theatre, chess, songwriting, and yoga. It runs school's-out day camps for grades K-5 with hands-on, project-based sessions. Founded in 2025 by two former Larchmont summer-camp teachers.

Every time they return from a session they are beyond excited about something they've learned and built (cars! lanterns! a spy glass!). The girls had tons of fun making cold snow with shaving cream and trying to build a strong bridge over it. And they also loved building a car with all the weight engineering brainstorming involved with their various cute designs (mainly flowers, hearts and cat faces 😄). Kevin and Nicole were professional and playful with the girls and the session was extremely educational. I would recommend the STEAM collective anytime.

We have twenty 4th graders and he set-up 4 stations for them to rotate through over the course of an hour. The girls had a blast and were eager to stay longer. It was a very easy and enjoyable experience working with him!

He thought of everything, including additional STEAM-related activities to round out the full 90 minute party (foam art, glue dots project). If you don’t know Kevin already, kids naturally flock to him and adore him. His energy is magnetic! As we waited for parents to pick up their kiddos, he had even thought of bringing a bin of animal figurines to play with and had a circle of kids surrounding him, entranced as he read a related book. Truly thought of everything! Cannot wait for my kids to take classes.
