Powered by GoogleTerrible place to bring your children. They scam money for whatever and however they can. My daughter was signed up for 6th to 8th volleyball BECAUSE THATS WHAT THEY LET HER SIGN UP FOR..my daughter was dropped to 3 to 5th baby team and her friend she signed up with got to play on both leagues and they are the same age. They signed up together. So her friend got to play double for the 1 price and my daughter was discriminated against because I spoke up about the switching her around. This place is a joke. They don't care about your children, they care about that money. Mean while staff showed up if and when they wanted . Games were completely unorganized. The woman who runs the volleyball basis skills is very rude to the kids and the parents.. the tshirts weren't even given till their 5th game. Just a completely mess being involved with that terrible money scamming facility. I will never recommend any child or adult play there. There constant smoking of weed in the parking lot..vapes ..etc.THEYRE ARE CHILDREN PRESENT. This establishment is a disgrace. Parents who work hard to watch their children excel and then u go and it's like ...what? This is what I signed u up for? Complete let down..Even the food. I order mozzarella sticks I bit into it and it wasn't even cooked. TERRIBLE PLACE Do not sign your kids up here.
I went there to see my best friend's daughter plays flag football at 8pm. It wasn't packed with people but there are different areas for different sports. When you walk in, after the customer service desk, to the left is hockey, straight is what appeared to be a practice basketball half court then to the right is the field (all indoors). It's 50 yards maybe in length n that's the flag football site. Whatever else can be played there. Also my best friend booked her son's 9th birthday party there for June. You get to pick from a list of sports you want for the party. Different tiers cost different prices. $450 was for Monday to Thursday for certain amount of people. Then you pay extra for each person. Come and see what is offered. Also a concession area for food and I saw slurpees were a big hit.
I have 2 boys that just played their 1st season at Sports Arena. I wish we signed up years ago. They truly care about their business. They go the extra step to make it feel real. From the updated stats , live scoring updates, organized schedule to light show , music, name announcements, national anthem and trophy awards in the finals! Looking forward to watching my boys play here in the future
I am writing to share my positive experience following a recent meeting with Brian, the Basketball Director at The Sports Arena. During my visit, I was impressed by Brian's professionalism, empathy, and exceptional listening skills. I would like to commend him for his high level of service and for making my visit such a productive one.
We attended a birthday party here and the young man and woman that facilitated the games and the cake, and pizza were so great. They were very friendly, good with the kids, and helpful. The kids got a game card at the end of the party for the arcade games and many of the games didn’t work. When I approached the manager about it she kept saying that my daughter didn’t play the game right. When we showed her the game wasn’t working she just said oh well play a different game. So that was kind of a rip off and rude. Also the bathrooms were kind of dirty, stalls didn’t lock, soap not filled, and the floor was wet for whatever reason I don’t want to know. Only giving three stars because the employees that worked the party were so nice. Otherwise I would give 1 star.
