My grandson turned 4 in March and i wanted him to learn how to swim.i signed him up in July ,the cost 80$.He took one lesson and then the rain came in August every weekend it rained with a few hit and miss ,i was never contacted for a reschedule but once,thereafter no emails phone or text,i stopped thru several times and the doors were locked .After making several attempts someone phoned me today ....she was very unprofessional and down right rude ! All i wanted was my 60$ or my grandson a credit .I've traveled all over the world with the military, as a travel nurse ,I've worked for the finest companies in this area,John Wesley Villas,Magnolia Manor,Memorial Health and Senior Citizens Inc.....i love Shopping and being among the different cultures and events but today's treatment was horrible, " lady i would suggest that you work with animals but heck they'll bite...i kept my composure she hung up and then called back to down play the situation, Lady in order for your business to grow,you have to plant a seed of having respect ,you were very disrespectful and it was a poor representation of who i believed the owner to be.as i mentioned I'm going to bless you with the 60$ and I will not refer or suggest your company to any of my peers associates or church....You telephone manners awful ,you reguards for the business, work on your customer service skills because its people like you that will hurt the business

Trying to figure out if they have open swim hours available? I've called multiple times and no one answers. I sent and email and got no response. Their website does not seem up to date as it has COVID 19 information under the pool hours section. If someone could contact me with the information I am looking for I would greatly appreciate it.

The water aerobics was a real workout. It's not your typical bounce up & down, sway side to side kind of movement. Just try it & you won't be disappointed. The instructor and the member's were nice & helpful. I couldn't get the coordination going at first but everybody was willing to help. I also stayed to swim laps. One lane was open & I was the only one in the lane. It gets busy at times so check before you come in. The price is reasonable. I'll definitely come back.
