Love the gym as far as amenities they have so much to offer but really disliked the child watch. They were extremely rude and unfriendly. I regularly attend the Richmond hill location because that is where I am from and our child watch staff is so much friendlier! I truly have even more appreciation for the Richmond hill staff after my experience with the Habersham staff… if I ddnt love the Richmond hill location and staff so much I would have 100% have canceled my membership today.

Terrible child care service. Associates need to be retrained and or disciplined. I was 5 minutes late picking up my son and they were extremely rude. My son wasn’t too thrilled with his experience either. Non the less, YMCA has a 5-10 minute grace period, people shouldn’t be treated this way especially when we are abiding by company policies. I never had this issue at my locale YMCA, just this location. Tried to call management or director but no answer, go figure…..

I give all YMCA's I visit five stars because as an organization it's a national treasure and we can't lose these to government funding cuts. But to get to the nitty gritty, very disappointing this facility doesn't seem to be really funded much anymore or very well cared for financially. It's nice that in the women's locker room there is supposed to be a jacuzzi tub and a steam room but they have long since worked. The sauna worked as it should .The woman in the women's locker having a 30 min flirty conversation with a dude was definitely violating some privacy but the fact that she was having it on speaker/ phone /camera right next to a sign that said this is a silent area was sus. Then as I leave I realize she's now behind the desk and she's an employee. Cringe! As other reviewers have said, the locker room stink.

Love the community, plenty of equipment, the best treadmills and one of the few gyms with a sauna! Staff is wonderful. Occasionally if you show up in the early morning no one is here for opening. Emergencies happen sure, but there needs to be some kind of notification system because I'm sitting in a parking lot (its an hour past opening 0530) with a lot of confused and frustrated people because this is not the first time this has happened. They also close early on Fridays and weekends
