The Little Gym of Chicago runs themed indoor camps for ages 3-10 at its Lincoln Avenue gym, mixing gymnastics instruction with active play, skill-building games and creative adventures for all skill levels. Sessions are 3-4 hours a day rather than a full workday, so this is a half-day program; families can book a single day, a full week, or buy a Flex Pass and choose dates later. Camps are capped to keep the camper-to-teacher ratio small, and campers must be bathroom independent.

We list only what the camp itself publishes, and programs change — dates, prices, ages and availability can all move after we check. Confirm the details on the camp’s own website and contact The Little Gym of Chicago directly before you register or pay. Last checked August 2026.

Powered by GoogleIve been taking my daughter to the little gym for over a year now, since she was 6 months old. And not only does she enjoy going (especially now that she can use the rings), I feel comfortable there. As someone with a lot of anxiety, going into new places can be absolutely terrifying. But every coach has been nothing but sweet to me and my daughter. And since we've been going for a while now, ive been able to see how the classes evolve as my kiddo gets older. Its really great watching my kid grow stronger and more confident here. I cannot recommend this place enough.
There are things I really like about TLG, primarily, the room itself is a lot of fun with tons of space for the kids to run around. The instructors I've had there over the last few years have been decent. Where they lost me and why I won't be going back is their draconian cancelation and refund policies. We signed up for a class, and were not able to make the time work owing to a changing childcare situation with my older son. You would think a company that deals exclusively with parents of young children would be sensitive to these sorts of scheduling challenges and offer us a change or credit or something. But no dice, policy is policy. Good news is there are tons of other places to let your kids run around and knock into things with other toddlers in this great city of ours.
We recently organized a birthday party at the Little Gym, and couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. They worked with us to make sure that the food and decorations we provided were set up, they really got into the theme we chose, and were genuinely excited to have fun with the kids on a "parents' night out" on a Saturday night. The place was very clean (they vacuum and disinfect regularly), and the staff was very engaging with the kids, making sure to usher the parents out of the way and on with their evenings. The price was very reasonable considering they took every responsibility and worry away for the entire block of time. All the kids had a blast, admittedly because we peered in from the street window to see everyone laughing and jumping around. It was also nice to see parents be able to drop their kids off and spend a few hours unwinding (a dozen of us went around the corner to Flagship, which was also great). We look forward to going back soon.
The staff is really nice and hyper! This is excellent because they are daling with young kids. They seem to be enjoying what they are teaching and this in turn has a great effect on kids attitudes.
We’ve been going to Little Gym for over a year and absolutely love it. Our son is now 2 and we started him in classes just after he started walking. I love that it’s a mixture of structured and unstructured play, which is the perfect fit for our kiddo. It’s been amazing to see what skills he has picked up from class. All of the coaches we’ve had have been wonderful (shoutout to Anna, Daniel, and Vanessa). Every week they have a theme and focus on different skills and give you ideas of what to do at home to continue the theme. The staff is super friendly and helpful. If we can’t make it in or need to schedule a makeup class, it’s easy to do via text or phone call.
