The Infield, home of the Berkshire Baseball Academy, is an indoor sports training facility at 10 Lyman Street in Pittsfield, owned and coached by local coach Mike Massery. It runs sports camps and workshops alongside private and small-group instruction in baseball, softball, and soccer; its 5,000-square-foot netted arena and three 70-foot batting cages with pitching machines are also rented by the half-hour or hour. The same space hosts adult soccer and lacrosse leagues, birthday parties, and private events, so it serves all ages rather than children only.
