I can’t say enough good things about this gym and what these guys are building in the Columbus area. They’re not just trainers, they’re mentors. The way they pour into the kids, both on and off the court, is what really separates them. I don’t even live in town but every time I’m in the area we pull up to The Hoop Vault. My son and my little brother have both trained with them, and I’ve personally seen the growth in their overall skill level. They bring a perfect balance of high-level training and genuine care. Whether it’s fundamentals, game IQ, or just teaching kids how to carry themselves the right way, they do it all the right way. Coach G and Coach Tommie have improved my game tremendously from day one. I walked in day one very raw in my skills having not played basketball throughout my life. Upon just my first week, I already had a tighter ball handle through various creative small group drills. I’ve seen smoother footwork and shooting mechanics with plenty of reps with direct feedback each time, and have been rapidly mastering my finishing touch around the rim. Competition play allows the chance to implement what I’ve worked on in real-time. The positive and encouraging atmosphere Coach G and Coach Tommie instill is the cherry on top to a facility that will have you leaving better than you came in every single time!
