The Dragonfly Art Studio runs a summer art day camp in Norfolk's Ghent neighborhood where campers in 1st through 8th grade paint, draw, sculpt and print, working across a range of materials and techniques. Camp meets Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the studio's Colley Avenue loft, and campers bring a packed lunch and water. The camp has run since roughly 2012 and was formerly known as Ms. Hudson's Art Camp.

Unfortunately, with the instructor for the 6 week course , it was not the same welcoming atmosphere that I anticipated. It was not an inclusive or diverse environment. It was made to be so uncomfortable I did not return after the second week. Wasted $300.
