I am writing this review with a hurting heart for my baby. While the classroom teachers at this facility are wonderful, loving educators, the administration lacks the basic human empathy required to care for children. They completely failed our family during an incredibly difficult chapter of our lives. My 4 year old son lost his father suddenly just 6 months ago. He also just recently witnessed a traumatic event and is dealing with a change of his support system as a result of this event. He has been dealing with severe separation anxiety, and faces developmental frustrations, including a speech delay. For a year and a half, his teachers were a safe haven for him and have been patient and intentional in working with him. But when these life changes and frustrations naturally began spilling over into his behavior, the administration showed little to no grace, patience, or compassion. We met with management on April 14th to build a support system for him. We were fully committed, adjusting things at home, starting therapy, and working every morning to ensure he walked through their doors happy, loved, and reminded of how to handle his big feelings. On May 14th they called a meeting they threatened expulsion after only one major incident/suspension that happened May 7th and also claimed there was a suspension before this that I do not recall. Before this I have only been informed of minor incidents that are to be expected of a class full of 4 year olds. Even in the meeting We were told that the increased level of this behavior had only been observed within the weeks surrounding the incident. On May 20th, the ops manger called to tell me my son was being expelled immediately. What hurts my heart the most is the disconnect between the front office and the classroom. On the very day he was expelled, my son had a good day. He followed directions, played , and was happy and thriving. At pickup, he was running around smiling, completely unaware of what was happening. He left the building so proud, telling his uncle what a "good day" he had and came home to be disciplined for something that now seems to be untrue. To know that he was thrown out and disciplined on a day he felt so successful is a rejection a 4 year old should never have to experience. The administration rushed to throw him out over a minor moment of 4 year old like frustration that day that had already been calmly resolved from the information that I have been provided. Im unaware of anything else that occurred that day. They didn't see a child needing comfort nor give the time for him to acclimate to changes. They didn’t see a grieving and trying child/family they just saw a disruption. The administrative decision does not seem reflective of the classroom teachers ability and willingness to be there. My son is not just an aggressive, unruly, or unteachable child. He has parents who take the initiative and this was completely unfair to him. He now on top of everything else he is going through has to go through the heartbreak of not being able to be with his friends and his teacher who he has bonded with. The classroom staff have beautiful hearts, but the leadership is cold, impatient, and entirely lacking in compassion.

I had a tour scheduled for 4pm but was never helped. When I rang the doorbell, the door was opened by a little boy. I then proceeded to wait at the front desk for 20 minutes. No staff ever came out to greet me. I had even checked in online as instructed via text message and email. I decided to leave instead of waiting any longer. Horrible first impression and definitely not the daycare I would want to enroll my child at. An hour later I received a text message thanking me for touring and how it was so nice to meet me…

The environment is welcoming, the teachers are dedicated, and the curriculum seems well-structured to support both academic and personal growth. It truly feels like a great fit for my daughter to grow, learn, and thrive!
