The staff Desiree Leatrice Patricia and all front desk staff are professional and have great customer service they was incredibly patient and guided me through setting up my account on the App for childcare services. Answers questions promptly. They truly cared and made the whole process easy. I am huge fan of great customer service.

As a parent, having your enrollment terminated because you hold them accountable for the proper and safe care of your children is outrageous. This place is easily the worst childcare organization in the city and I am honestly surprised that they’ve lasted this long. Their unorganized and incompetent management from the owner down to their staff is highly incapable of managing a safe and orderly environment for any child. When they are confronted with concerns or issues that require their immediate action as a childcare center, they terminate your enrollment without notice or communication. The owner is never there and the staff is just as clueless as she is. If I could give this place a zero I would in a heartbeat. The state department definitely needs to pay them a visit! From mismanagement of funds to selling “plates” out of their kitchen I’m sure there would be plenty of violations. Good luck if this is the place that you choose!

Best place ever. Single father of 5 and without them I wouldn’t been able to work or anything. Shout out Mrs rosy and the team.

This was my first year enrolling my daughter in any type of before/aftercare or summer program, and I can truly say the Riley Center has exceeded all my expectations. From the very beginning, Ms. Rosie at the front desk made us feel welcomed and at ease. She’s always polite, professional, and has such a warm presence—it truly sets the tone that our children are in the right place. I also love that they provide meals for the children, and depending on the location, transportation is available—such a thoughtful bonus for working parents! Even though I initially missed the deadline to sign up for the summer program, the staff was so accommodating and worked with me to ensure my daughter had a spot. That simple act lifted such a weight off my shoulders. I genuinely appreciate the love, care, and support the entire staff shows each day. Thank you all for treating our children like your own! 💜

I recently had my baby shower here and I absolutely loved it!!! The process was seamless and the decor was perfect. Prices are very reasonable as well. The facility was clean and staff made it smooth sailing!! All future events will take place at this location for me! I highly recommend this business to everyone!
