★sharon leeThey cancelled the class ten minutes before it was supposed to start… when I had already driven 20 minutes to get there. There should have been earlier communication in the event of weather cancellation but there was no communication until ten minutes before the scheduled start time. This just seems irresponsible, unprofessional and crappy and not considerate of the people who set aside time to do this and get there. EDIT: I understand the weather is not in their control but the address looks like the tennis court is indoors anyways so I did not think there would be an issue even if there was light rain. Again, had there been more communication other than the email sent 10 minutes before class should start, then users would feel more prepared on what they can expect. Furthermore, there was no "storm", just gray and cloudy skies.
