★★★★★Diana patchettFirst at all , this would be my Son’s 3rd year attending to TechKnowHow Camp!, (but last year the pandemic happened and even I signed him up the camp was cancelled and I was gave FULL credit , this year my son was so excited because is one of his fav camps we invited his best friend and we made plans , HOWEVER my son got sick one day before the camp (Sunday ) with sore throat , my husband and I decided to keep him at home I don’t even bother to contact the camp since I knew it was no refund since the policy clearly says to call an week before to cancel , someone contacted my husband asking why my son didn’t attend to camp on Monday my husband explained our son was not feeling well and we will keep him at home until we feel it was safe send him back , Next day my son still wasn’t feeling well so I called back and let them know that my son probably will be on camp until Thursday or Friday , I spoke to BOB the camp director he kindly offered me to honor my full credit and asked me choose new date for my son to attend to camp , it was completely speechless my son attended to camp and he wasn’t disappointed he had a blast , every day he came home talking about what they did and how much fun he had 🙌🏽, this is, without doubt, my son's fav camp and for sure will be returning every year! Thank you so much
