★★★★★Farin MorganI love the YMCA Tandy location I have been coming here since I was a kid however I had the displeasure of Jessica I let my membership lapse so I saw a sign stating 0 joining fee so I decided to renew I was told it would be if I round us up like 44 dollars so I agreed and gave my banking information and card number and time I give out my personal information I record with my Meta glasses everything was fine so I thought until Jessica told me I needed to pay 105 dollars so I started recording again with my glasses and informed her I recorded our last conversation now I keep seeing different attempts with different amounts trying to be withdrawn from my account Jessica was typing on her computer and said I can show you I replied I don’t know if you just put something I. At this point she started yelling at me saying we’re done you’re accusing me of fraud I told her I said you could have put anything in there not that you did her coworker was extremely nice and tried to help that’s when Jessica stated she was over her I asked for her supervisor she refused to give me any information laughed and stated oh he’s gonna call you I felt embarrassed and humiliated. I’ve never been treated like that at this location I hope someone can get back with me about this matter

★CHEN STACYI would like to share some feedback regarding the current family swim schedule. I’ve noticed that the family swim time has been changed this year to 7:00–8:30 p.m., whereas last year it was from 6:00–8:30 p.m. For families with children, starting at 7:00 p.m. feels too late, since kids usually only have that one hour to enjoy the pool. If the facility cannot provide family swim earlier on Mondays and Wednesdays, it might be clearer to note that there is effectively no family swim on those days. I am also wondering if the later time is due to staffing shortages, as I often see one side of the pool completely unused. As a paying member, I feel this arrangement is quite unfair, and I hope the facility can reconsider the schedule to better accommodate families. Thank you for your time and attention.
