★Lee Fall3-11-2026 Attended this facility for a swim meet and was disgusted at the filth and mold present in the pool area! The fact that it is a salt vs chlorinated was irrelevant as both can be sanitary but this was beyond any level of clean. Several of the swimmers were hesitant and nauseated at the filth, one even getting sick in the locker room over the mold issues. Definitely reporting these issues to the health department as well as the state as this is a major issue that needs to be addressed before it becomes worse.

★★★★★Kassandra SkaggsThis place is very nice. There is a nice pool. Sometimes parts of the pool are not available due to school, a class, or a team. Just check their pool schedule first! There is a full sized gym. Again, sometimes there are activities going on in the gym. That is what the YMCA is about...community involvement! The Switzerland County YMCA does a fantastic job of involving the community as well as helping out in the community! It is an excellent place to work out or take the family. It is always very clean and throughout the building there are reminders to disinfect equipment and social distance. I highly recommend it!
★★★Marcia Santos ElderThe employees are helpful and friendly. The swim pool is nice so the basketball court but unfortunately their women bathrooms/lockroom needs an update. It is small and there are only 2 toilets (women) and one was out of order the day I went. We know the Y depend on community help. Hope they can upgrade the restroom. Women need a little more room.
