Powered by GoogleWe love the childcare!! My son has been going here since he was 4. Love the staff and the atmosphere!
Best YMCA around!! For someone who has fibromyalgia at age 23, I like to go do yoga after working my 10 hour night shift. I get off at 4:45AM and they offer a 5:15AM, 7:00PM and 6:45AM class. I go with my fiance to see Melissa at 5:15AM and she makes us feel very comfortable and welcomed, especially with him always being the only guy in the class. I do appreciate all the kindness they give him as he isn’t able to flex his arm out all the way due to a bone injury, she has yoga poses that even he can participate in. Melissa is definitely thoughtful and sweet!!! I go with my friend to see Sara at yoga at 6:45AM (and Melissa at 7PM!) and she has great energy! She is a very bubbly person and she always makes sure our form is right and tries to push us to do better. I have gone to her class to only be able to touch a bit past my knees in the beginning, to the end touching my toes! If you ever decide to do yoga I would 1000% recommend having these women as your instructor! Thank you both for what you do!
Our experience has been great. Our granddaughter had swim lessons there. Sammy at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. The lifeguards at the pool are so great as well. The price to get our granddaughter in is pricey she is 8 and we have to pay 8 dollars a day. That can add up so we try once a week. We are seniors and we have silver sneakers. We look forward to doing more at the YMCA. Thank you and God Bless☀️
Serious Maintenance Issues I'm disappointed with the current state of this Y. For the past week, there has been a mysterious brown liquid dripping from the ceiling in the mens locker room that leaves a horrid stench. Looks like it is coming from the sprinkler system. This issue seems to remain unaddressed, or members have not been informed of a fix, raising serious concerns about safety and hygiene. I visit this Y about 3-4 times a week, and every time I have been lately it is all over the walls, counter, and floor. It has been cleaned up maybe once and the mysterious liquid sometimes is wet meaning it is an ongoing issue. I have only noticed it here, but could possibly be in other locations throughout the building. Adding to the problems, the hallway to the men’s locker room from the pool looks like a disaster zone. There's an unbelievable amount of dust and debris in piles about an inch high. If I was walking around barefoot, I would not want to step anywhere near this stuff. Additionally there are marks all over the walls which does not look very welcoming. It's clear that cleaning and maintenance are not a priority. Based on the photos the conditions are unacceptable and create an unsanitary environment for members. The lack of attention to these issues is alarming. Maintenance needs to take immediate action to resolve these problems and ensure a clean, safe environment for everyone.
RC Durr is a clean facility that I enjoy being in! I typically am there Tues/Thurs in the Light Weight Workout with Kristin. She is a phenomenal instructor and keeps the class interesting and fun. Your staff is friendly. I feel safe there. Truly a great place to be!
