I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism and customer service I experienced at this location. We initially chose this facility because of its convenient location. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, our experience was far from welcoming. During the membership enrollment process, I was not greeted with kindness or offered a tour of the facility. Instead, I was simply directed through the necessary steps, had my photo taken, and received very little information about the amenities or layout. A few weeks later, when I returned with my children, we were directed to use a specific exit to access the outdoor area. It was raining and the door was locked behind us, leaving us unable to re-enter the building. Despite seeking assistance, staff members were unwilling to help resolve the situation. Most concerning was a suggestion made by a young male lifeguard that I take my daughter through the men’s locker room to get back inside. This recommendation completely disregarded the fact that I also had my son with me and was, in my opinion, highly inappropriate and unprofessional. I brought this incident to the attention of staff, but my concerns were dismissed and not addressed in a meaningful way. As a parent, and a community member I found this response unacceptable. Since then, we have visited several other locations, including facilities we had never previously considered, and our experiences have been overwhelmingly positive. The difference in customer service, staff professionalism, facility maintenance, and family-friendly activities has been remarkable. Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective members to explore other locations before committing to this one. In comparison, this facility appears to lack the level of customer care, engagement, pool supervision, and children’s programming that is readily available at other locations.

the Y has a water walking session that is perfect for someone unable to participate in other exercise programs. Every employee at the Y is professional and friendly which makes it a pleasant experience every time

Kids Club is amazing! My favorite is the pool and sauna. Classes are so good. Quality equipment and a variety of machines to maximize your workout. Private rooms to workout in, too! Lockers rooms have been remodeled as well. My family loves the Y!

My wife, kids, and I really enjoy coming here. Our 2 oldest boys have done swim lessons over the last 2 years (they love them!) and we're looking forward to my wife doing the adult lessons. Our boys also just finished the mini ninja classes and had a ball!

I love that they offer sport leagues for children but very disappointed in the cleanliness of the gym. There has been a nice sized dirty spot on the basketball floor the entire 6 weeks of the 3-4 year old basketball program so far. The bleachers have never been swept out. Doesn't seem like much organization with the coaching program either. Not the same Y that my kids enjoyed years ago.
