My daughter attended for 3/4 of a year and didn’t progress at all. They refused to move her into a more advanced class because of a single skill even though she was advanced beyond classmates in the other skills. Management kept making commitments about assistance and they’d only partially follow through. They’d say they’d have someone work with her 1:1 to move her forward at the next class and it would be someone working with her for like 3 minutes and by working with her I mean just telling her to do it and seeing where she was at. And we’d have to stay on top of them during the class to even get them to follow through. It was such an incredible waste of time and money for absolutely no skill advancement.

Great place and great staff! Very fun and clean environment! The only thing I don’t love is the 30 day notice to unenroll. I had to unenroll my daughter in order to accommodate my other daughter’s dance competition schedules, and we ended up paying a lot more money than we were able to get classes for because of the 30 day notice. I was unaware of this at the time!

been coming here for a few years to watch a grandsons lessons. The management and swim instructors are always positive and encouraging, upbeat and proficient. The place is bright and always spotless, with floor to ceiling windows to watch the kids from outside the pool. Plenty of chairs, plenty of changing rooms, in this brightly painted, well lit facility. A lot of little things, too; comfortable kid friendly restrooms, blow driers, a machine to wring out a bathing suit, even a shower area right next to the pool that parents can supervise their kids and not get wet themselves. Another example is the small play area for the other small kids in the family. Parking is very safe and plentiful. Even on a busy Sunday, everything ran smoothly and Area Manager Jordan Bradley even took the time to make sure of it as he checked in with the grandparents.

Our daughter has been swimming at Goldfish Swim School – Kenwood, and we absolutely love it! The instructors are amazing with kids; patient, encouraging, and full of positive energy. The entire staff makes every class fun while keeping safety and learning as top priorities. We’ve seen incredible improvement in her confidence and swimming skills. She looks forward to every lesson and feels so proud of what she’s achieved. The facility is always clean, well-organized, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience enjoyable for both kids and parents. Goldfish Kenwood has truly made swimming one of our daughter’s favorite activities. We couldn’t recommend it more!

We have had the best experience at goldfish swim! I have a toddler and we have a pool in the backyard so swimming safety was a huge concern for us. We immediately loved all the staff at goldfish swim. They made us feel valued and comfortable since our first time there. My daughter quickly adjusted and looks forward to going twice a week to improve her swimming skills. She recently moved up to the next level and has really been progressing over the past few months. We highly recommend this to anybody with children, not only for safety but the kids have a lot of fun! The viewing area is comfortable for parents and families to enjoy watching the lessons. They also have showers, changing rooms, changing stations and a play area too!
