I would like to take this opportunity to give a 5 plus 🌟 rating to my personal trainer Hanna Howell. 💪 I reached out to the Southeastern Indiana YMCA three months ago because my doctors told me that I need to exercise to help with my health condition. I’m not going to get into that part of the story but the “Y” hooked me up with Hanna, and in only three months, once a week, I’ve lost weight, breathe better, turning fat into muscle, walking 3 miles on an inclined treadmill where before I couldn’t even walk up and down stairs without getting out of breath, and most importantly my health numbers at the doctor are falling into place. I do put in some work on my own time, but the day I’m with Hanna it sure is a different feeling. My journey is certainly not over but with Hanna by my side, leading me, pushing me, and joking around with me along the way, there’s no doubt I will reach my goals. Actually, I don’t know what my goals are yet but whatever they are I’ll reach them! 😂🤣 I can honestly say, I feel like I owe my life to her and so thankful my good Lord showed me the path. God bless you, Hanna and a giant THANK YOU and to the YMCA TEAM. You’re AWESOME! 👏 🙏💪✝️ Toby Walsman

After being a member of Batesville for +25 years we needed to change membership to Greensburg. We were told to get a letter of good standing in order to change which we did . No other instructions were given so I assumed that would cancel our membership. But both Y membership payments came out in the next month for both locations. Batesville will not issue me a refund as they claim this is their policy. Very bad policy in my opinion. Especially after being a member all those years.

I was in town visiting from out of state for a couple weeks and came across this YMCA in town. Cannot say enough great things from the staff being incredibly friendly, all the facilities were well maintained and clean, they had a great selection of work out equipment athletic areas etc.. cannot recommend enough!
