Great gym overall. Best (Saturday) Zumba instructor according to my wife. The jacuzzi is the main reason to go for me. I wish they connected their treadmills to wifi so I can log into e-gym. They should make room to e-gym machines already.

While crowded in weekends, this location is great for an outdoor cross fit-style work out. The indoor walking/jogging track is great in poor weather.

Really small, set up in an uncomfortable way with zero flow, groups of people talking, and constant children running around or working out in adult areas… if you don’t have kids and don’t like a Christian country club vibe — this place is the worst.

Not a member, but I Been here a few times when Norton partners with them for 2 weeks free at any Y. I also was Thinking about joining but no one from membership was in on the day I came in- so I was given two guest passes. Tried to use one today, they said guests were not allowed during 4-8. What if that is the only time i could come? The y should Be inclusive for anyone anytime! I mentioned to the person scanning that the card had a name on it from someone that works here. As I’m saying that a black woman walks up and whispers to the teen scanning to tell her it’s just our policy. She tried to do it slick like I wouldn’t notice but I did. She didn’t even look at me, say hello, or ask if she could help. She just came up to stick her chest out (indirectly) about herself to me I believe. She started scanning other ppl In when it wasn’t a need for her too. I’m not sure about the African American staff here…it’s weird They very much give me blink twice If you’re ok kinda vibes.. it’s weird To pick up on unwelcoming vibes from your own. They never speak, smile Nothing! Like are you ok?? Tighten up and do better.

I’ve been a member here for years. Every year they raise my membership fee even though I’m a senior and provide documentation showing my income. They don’t inform you that the increase will happen, they just do it. I called their membership director and she didn’t return my call. I sent an email and she didn’t respond. I had to spend an hour meeting with a director to get things straightened out. And apparently this happens to many members, all of whom have to come in and complain…I’m pretty fed up with the Y. They don’t want lower income members!
