★Nash HoodI called ahead to ask about checking out the facility, and whoever answered the phone did a horrible job explaining how the day pass system works. They explicitly told me I could get a free day pass to try the place out. Based on that confirmation, I drove all the way out here. When I arrived, the staff was extremely unhelpful, completely dismissive, and utterly lacked any customer service skills. They flat-out turned me away and claimed I had to pay $20, completely contradicting what I was told on the phone. It’s not about the $20; it’s about the bait-and-switch tactics, the terrible communication, and the total lack of respect for people's time. Zero stars if I could. Go somewhere else that actually trains their staff to be honest and helpful.
