Powered by GoogleI cannot say enough great things about Oxford Splash. The student to teacher ratios are wonderful, the quality of instructors is outstanding, and the facility is top notch. Everyone at Splash is truly dedicated to promoting your child's independence in the water.
The facility is a great addition to the legacy center. The classes are focused and small, the facility is nice and clean, and the coaches all seemed genuinely interested in the kids. That said, they are still working out some kinks in the overall communication system with parents. Overall, though, we highly recommend it and our son loves coming to the classes.
I have never had my child discriminated against because he has a speech delay and hearing issues until tonight. To deliberately segregate my child because he is different was unprofessional and uncalled for. I will always stand up for my child’s needs and rights. Shame on you for taking the easy way out instead of being willing to work with him and getting to see how amazing he is! If given the chance he would of amazed you! We will never use your business again and we will never recommend your facility to any family!
I love Splash! As a senior citizen, it is wonderful to get a good water work out in a beautiful facility. I have always found the staff wonderful, the owners more than helpful and friendly and the facility clean. So happy to have it in our community.
First: That one-star review is ridiculous. Second: My family has only been here for parties and open swims so far, but are enrolling in classes soon. This facility is clean, beautiful, well-kept; the staff are always SO friendly; I always feel my child is safe here even when I'm on the other side of the glass (and she doesn't know how to swim yet, she uses lifejackets provided by the facility - again, very clean - and the lifeguards are always willing to help her fit them properly and put on / take off!) I took my infant son for his first swim there yesterday and it was fantastic. My husband and I had a goal of enrolling our daughter in classes here while she's a little less busy. We're excited to get started in August!
