The managers, especially Kate, are welcoming, informative, and kind. They always remember my grandson's name and make us feel welcome—even at community events. It truly feels like they care about the families they serve. It's clear that the instructors follow that same example. We especially appreciate Lauryn and Sakura. Not only do they run a great class, but they make it fun at the same time. My grandson has been attending Goldfish Swim School since he was 4 months old, and we both love coming. The lessons are excellent, and I've noticed that when we're able to cluster lessons using makeup credits, that's when I see the biggest leaps in his progress. He loves the water and is learning important water safety skills at the same time. We also appreciate all the little things that make Goldfish special—the fish tank, coloring pages, books, and friendly atmosphere. He knows all the Goldfish characters by name: Bubbles, Jit, Lulu, Freya, and Sloan! One experience that really stood out was when I forgot my swimsuit. Rather than having us miss class, they loaned me an instructor swimsuit so my grandson could still participate. That was truly above-and-beyond customer service. I don’t write reviews, but Gold Fish Swim School deserves all the five star ratings. Everyone that works here is fantastic, to the person who answered my phone call when I first reached out to inquire about swim lessons for my four year old, to the life guards and finally the amazing teachers. I have to give a special shout out to Abrianna, who you can just tell by watching how gifted she is with children and teaching. My son and I are so lucky to have gotten her as his teacher. On day one, my son was terrified for his first lesson and had to be peeled from my arms. A couple lessons in, he is so excited for class and he went from hating water dripping in his face to confidently dunking under the water; the amount he improves and his confidence level goes up so much in just one short session. I can’t say enough good things about Gold Fish Swim School and especially Abrianna. I can see that all the teachers are amazing and I know we will have a great experience with the next one once we move up to the next level.

We’ve had such a great experience at Goldfish Swim School! The environment is always clean, welcoming, and very kid-friendly, which made my children feel comfortable right away. The lessons are well-structured, fun, and focused on building confidence in the water step by step. A special thanks to Coach Katelyn — she is absolutely amazing! My Child call her the nice coach🤍 She’s patient, encouraging, and really knows how to connect with kids. You can tell she genuinely cares about their progress and safety. My child has improved so much under her guidance, both in skills and confidence. Am so glad that I moved my kids from different swim school to here! Let me share a story that perfectly captures who these people are. My daughter accidentally left her swimming bag at school one day and arrived at her lesson without a towel or a swimsuit. I was completely caught off guard and did not know what we were going to do. Without hesitation, the staff found her a towel and a swimsuit so she would not have to miss her lesson. It may seem like a small thing, but it absolutely made my daughter’s day. She was so happy, and I was so moved by how quickly and graciously they stepped in to help.
