I feel my kid is getting mostly sit, and she is not given chance to play even when she raises hand, others are getting called. I am not putting my kid in this place anymore. Last time, very bad experience. I really dont know what the reason is.

I used to love coming here to play especially for pick up soccer as were times I was the only one signing up and I will join a team. Now it has changed and they expect you to pay for the whole field. What happened to the single players that can’t fill up the field? Disappointed.

Was told, by the owner, to go home and have a glass of wine… We had an adult coed game tonight, the staff who refs the games, was late by at least 10 minutes to our game and let the game get more aggressive than it needed to, for what this is meant for. With less than 10 minutes left in a tied 3-3 game a group of people stormed onto the field we were playing on. Not even dressed to play mind you, they argued they paid to play and our game was running over. Would not get off the field and the ref did not do anything about it. They disrupted the game and plays around the opposing goal. I understand that this is only a recreational league, but that should take more precedence than the people playing a pick up game! Only to be told by the owner of the facility that “I don’t know what country you are from or what your background is, but that’s the way life is.” Very disheartened by this organization.

We've played many adult coed seasons here & have had so much fun. We always look forward to it. But this Fall 2025 season, things have really gone downhill. One game, the ref started the second half 15 mins late, then said he had to go to the next game so we didn't get to finish the game. In tonight's game, the ref was 10 minutes late to start our game, so therefore our game should've gone late. Instead, a group of people playing pick-up STORMED our field & purposely got in the way of our game, and refused to get off the field (see photo attached). I've never seen something so disrespectful. The ref shrugged, and the owner, rather than understanding our frustration and offering a solution, or even being honest that there's nothing he could do other than address the situation with those playing pick-up, he instead told our team member, "I don't know what country you're from, or what your life is like, but that's the world we live in." Yikes. Customer service is the foundation of a good business, so we'll see how long this place lasts.

I’ve seen third shift Taco Bell’s run more effectively. Had a team walk onto our field for SEVEN MINUTES at the end of our game because “it was their turn” and “they paid for the time”….as if we didn’t. Ref did nothing (he showed to our game late), manager did nothing, owner said “that’s life”. Life in anarchy, buddy! Boo.
