I highly discourage joining FLL season with this place under Ms Barkha . She takes money for the entire year without being present more than handful sessions to mentor or prepare kids enough. She never provides any weekly or biweekly updates about whats going in class.. During FLL meetings (during the year) none other than only one lady is mostly present who doesn’t even speak proper English !!!! She couldn’t discipline kids by any means most times and kids had no clue what’s the agenda for the day on most days towards big FLL competition !!!! This was my son’s third year to FLL and I must tell this team and coaching was the worst( Ms Barkha’s) !!!! My son and his team failed miserably in 2024 -2025 FLL season securing lowest scores in almost all areas( specified by FLL format) . Not just kids were under prepared on “demo competition session” at computer museum but also heavily under prepared on main competition day. And their under performance reflected their securing lowest scores in every single area specified under FLL competition !!!We were highly surprised to see excellent performing teams who were home based( run by parent volunteers) and their coach’s preparation and dedication was top notch securing not just good scores in competition but received great learning experience by kids . I know Ms Barkha will have long story as explanation for my review and our team members have done enough going back and fourth during season with her on WhatsApp. She has no good reason to justify her failure in coaching but just to brag about how her students have made to big institutions and shifting entire blame back on our young kids calling them inexperienced . MOST FUNNY PART IS SHE INTERVIEWED AND PICKED UP KIDS FOR HER TEAM IN BEGINNING OF THE YEAR ( that’s how she selects candidates for her team - she told me this in beginning of year ) , and now she blames them for being inexperienced for failing on FLL !!!! Infact most kids usually are new for FLL “challenge” team, age ranged from 9 and 12 ( up to rising middle schooler ) and we believe we pay to so called brand “ stremehq" people to train and mentor our kids but get disappointed !!!! All Ms Barkha has is how her students have made it to Berkeley’s , GA tech etc which she thinks only because of her !! There is absolutely no guidance and no dedicated team members with Ms Barkha to mentor and worstly to make up for the entire year’s loss she took couple zoom meetings hurriedly( for the sake of taking )when we were just one or two months away from competition. She is so over occupied with other teams that she doesn’t prioritize FLL team with young kids . So many parents from our and other FLL team from Stremehq (Alpharetta )showed disappointment and many of those were travelling from Marietta and turned hugely disappointed for wasting their time , energy and money. I am writing this review from my own experience with my son under Ms Barkha and on behalf of other parents from same team led by Ms Barkha . I highly discourage FLL team preparation under Ms Barkha. She charges so much money and hooks us up for the entire year for absolutely below mediocre coaching ( i would say no coaching!!!) . she is hardly involved with kids into guiding and coaching during the year . This place is absolutely not worth our time, energy and money !!. Our kids are very very talented and have shown interest in such robust robotics field hence better to spend money on great coaching and NOT TO BE ENTICED BY BRAND NAME OF STRMEHQ !!This place is nothing but commercially run “programming / coding classes “. They know how to cheat parents as most parents can easily be deceived with FLL season for their kids , please do your due diligence well and save your self for the entire year’s commitment under Ms Barkha !!! Don’t fall into their traps. Please parents save your drive, time , energy!!! Please invest your valuable time and money and your kids’s future by enrolling them in well deserved coaching even with higher fees BUT NOT UNDER MS BARKHA !!!

My son joined STREM HQ several years ago and has been deeply involved ever since—participating in after-school clubs, FLL and FTC teams, summer camps, as well as volunteering and outreach projects. He absolutely loves being a part of it. He’s learned so much and truly feels at home there. The coaches are incredibly inspiring and fully dedicated to the students. He’s about to leave for college and will truly miss his team and the friends he’s made at STREM HQ.
